Studio policies

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can manage your appointment anytime from the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations with less notice, and missed appointments, may forfeit any deposit paid.
The cancellation window is 24 hours before your appointment — use the “Manage booking” link in your confirmation email.

Your time is reserved just for you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened so the next guest isn’t kept waiting, or rescheduled.

Some appointments require a deposit to reserve your time. Deposits are applied to your service total at your visit. Deposits are refundable when you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Pay at your visit. You’ll pay for your service in the studio at your appointment.

Please share any allergies, medications (especially Accutane/isotretinoin or retinoids), pregnancy, recent procedures, or skin conditions on your booking form. Some treatments aren’t safe in every situation — your safety always comes first, and I may recommend a different treatment.

Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent, and a parent or guardian must be present for the first visit.

To keep the suite calm and relaxing, please plan for your appointment to be just you. Thank you for helping keep the space peaceful!
