What to expect
A chemical peel uses carefully selected acids to dissolve dull, damaged surface cells and encourage fresh, even skin. I’ll choose the type and strength based on your skin, your goals and your schedule — from a gentle “lunchtime” peel to a deeper treatment with a little flaking.
Peels work best as a series; we’ll map out what makes sense for you.

How to prepare
Pause retinoids, exfoliating acids, waxing and other exfoliation on the face for 5–7 days before. Avoid heavy sun exposure.
Aftercare
Expect possible light flaking for a few days — don’t pick! Use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer, wear SPF 30+ daily, and avoid exfoliants and retinoids for a week.
Good to know
For your safety, this treatment isn’t recommended with:
- Pregnancy or nursing
- Accutane in the past 6 months
- Active cold sores
- Sunburn
- A recent facial procedure
Please share allergies, medications (especially Accutane or retinoids), pregnancy and recent procedures on your booking form. If this isn’t the right fit that day, I’ll suggest one that is.
